I am Hwang Jae Yong, chairman of the ninth Mungyeong City Council.
The Mungyeong City Council will be reborn as a hall of public will and representative of citizens by enhancing the transparency and efficacy of policy through checks and monitoring as a sharer of the responsibility for municipal administration and a partner in the development and growth of Mungyeong.

The Mungyeong City Council promises the following.
First, we will be a council that participates and communicates with citizens by listening closely to their voices.

Third, we will be a policy council that suggests hope and visions through change and innovation.
Fourth, we will be a policy council that discovers future food and promotes balanced development suitable for regional characteristics.
